Create Designs to Rank Your Hood

Every hood has their own slang, styles and ways to represent their hometown. We love to embrace the cultures and differences that form who we are! That’s our M.O.

Represent and Rank Your Hood by creating designs and products based around your local slang and mottos. Then upload your designs to have them featured and ranked throughout our leaderboards, website and products!

Design

Create your artwork and designs using any software you prefer. We accept JPEG, PNG, SVG and PDF image files. For best results we suggest SVG.

Consider your city slang and art styles when brainstorming ideas. This will help your work represent where you’re from and connect with your city folks.

Drawings and illustrations may be uploaded and converted into a digital illustration by our graphic designer for a fee of $25.

Generate

If you’re not an artist or designer you can still create your own images using our Text2Image Generator found in the Customize section on Customizable Products, or another AI image generator like Bing Copilot.

Tips for Generating Images

Be descriptive. The better you explain what you want to generate the better the results you will get. Describe the art style, color combinations, symbols and feelings that you want your generated image to convey.
Avoid Wording. Avoid having the AI model write words in the image. AI models are still infantile, even the best image generators still struggle with generating text inside imagery. Instead, choose your own font and write your words to place over your design.
Remove Backgrounds (optional). If your generated image has a clear contrasting background, you can easily remove it with our AI Background Remover tool. Just select the Generated Image layer and click on “Remove Background” in the Product Customizer’s toolbar.

Upload

Upload your designs to our Idea Board by filling out the form on the page. Our staff will select their favorite uploads every month to be featured in the next month’s Hood Rank Polls. Winners will receive an award for their contributions.

If you used our Artboard Canvas to create your images you can download the files upon purchase.
