Terms and Conditions – Vendors

1. Introduction

  • Welcome to HoodRankApparel.com, owned and operated by HoodHRrank, based in Pennsylvania, USA. By registering as a vendor and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Vendor Registration and Approval

  • Vendor accounts are subject to manual approval by HoodRank Apparel. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove vendors at our discretion without prior notice or explanation.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are responsible for uploading product designs and maintaining accurate store descriptions and headers. Vendors cannot modify core product information such as pricing, size, or weight.
  • All customer complaints, disputes, or returns should first be addressed by the vendor. If issues cannot be resolved, they should be escalated to HoodRank Apparel, which will communicate with Printful for further resolution.

4. Commission and Payments

  • Vendors will earn 85% of the sales revenue generated from their products, with HoodRank Apparel retaining a 15% commission. Payments to vendors will be made monthly via [payment method].
  • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate payment details, and HoodRank Apparel is not liable for payment delays caused by incorrect information.

5. Product Upload and Ownership

  • Vendors can upload designs for products via Fancy Product Designer. There are no current restrictions or censorship policies regarding the content of designs.
  • Vendors retain the rights to designs they upload. However, HoodRank Apparel owns the rights to any designs created through its proprietary tools, including AI-generated or text-to-image designs.

6. Printful Fulfillment and Shipping

  • HoodRank Apparel works exclusively with Printful for product fulfillment and shipping. Vendors are not involved in the fulfillment process, and all shipping-related concerns will be handled by Printful.
  • All orders are processed by Printful, and their terms of service apply to shipping, product handling, and fulfillment procedures.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • All returns and refund requests will be governed by Printful’s terms and conditions. HoodRank Apparel will facilitate communications between the vendor, customer, and Printful as needed for resolution.

8. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

  • Vendors may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of HoodRank Apparel, especially for violations such as promoting violence, racial slurs, or hate speech. HoodRank Apparel will act in the best interest of its community and users.

9. Privacy and Data Usage

  • HoodRank Apparel manages all vendor and customer data, which can be removed upon request. Data shared includes information exchanged with Printful, our payment processor SquareUp, and our email marketing platform Brevo. Additionally, some data may be shared with TMIV Design and other marketing firms for business purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes between vendors and HoodRank Apparel will be handled through negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in Pennsylvania, USA. Vendors waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against HoodRank Apparel.

11. Changes to Terms

HoodRank Apparel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
